CTS has a main location in Carbondale near Aspen, CO in the Rocky Mountains. We service the Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley Bioregion. All the way through the I-70 corridor and surrounding Denver areas. The company focuses on Residential Interior Design. Clients are very happy with our ability to integrate the exterior and interior of a home while keeping a continuous flow and respecting the architectural beauty. Using the basic concept of Form follows Function complimented by the Philosophy of Room-House-City, we have had many years of success creating beautiful and functional spaces as well as helping people build their dream homes.

In 1994 Candice began working in Residential and Commercial Interior Design and Architectural Design. She has lived in Colorado most of her life. She has worked for architecture and interior design firms in Philadelphia, Aspen, and Denver.
In 2000 Candice started focusing on designing custom homes and eventually established her first company, Hart Project Design in 2003.
Candice understands the building process, timelines of construction, and function of space. Her background has focused on space planning, remodels, additions, and new construction.
Candice took some time off of her business from 2011-2016 and worked for a high-end Custom Cabinetry Design, Supply, and Install Company, Basalt Kitchen + Bath. She managed the company while drawing technical shop drawings. Candice was able to continue working with her acquired custom residential clients while doing the cabinetry design as well. Clients have always complimented her on kitchen design and space planning, therefore this experience added to her background in design and construction.
In 2016 Candice decided to shift her energy to her own business and clients, and opened Consciously Transforming Space, LLC. Her main goal is to help people live more comfortably and efficiently within their homes.
