CTS redesigned the layout of this 4 small bedroom/2 bathroom condo into a spacious and more functional 3 bedroom/3 bathroom modern jewel. The remodel checked all the boxes of our client’s design requirements for use as either a rental property or primary residence. Luxurious, light, contemporary textural finishes were selected to balance the surrounding environment of mountain and mall views. Using a carefully designed lighting layout, CTS selected simple and sleek lighting fixtures to bring a brighter feel into this previously dark condo. Adding some distinctive furnishings to complement our client’s existing furniture resulted in a great design success for another client’s happy part time home.
